1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the ph351 platform (accessible at ph351.vip and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the ph351 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the ph351 Platform and not register or maintain an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between You and ph351 with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

2. Eligibility

Use of the ph351 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. ph351 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing the ph351 Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph351 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from ph351 or subject to any active exclusion order from PAGCOR or another regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ph351 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that fail to meet these requirements, returning any verified account balance subject to applicable compliance checks.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each User may hold only one (1) active account on the ph351 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required prior to processing the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. Acceptable identification documents include a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or valid Philippine passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ph351 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify ph351 of any unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All account transactions on ph351 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph351 does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, as a measure to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

ph351 reserves the right to conduct due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

Under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, ph351 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players are required to ensure that all funds deposited are from lawful sources.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform employees;

• Allowing any third party to use or access your account;

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph351, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss of data, profits, or gaming funds caused by technical failures beyond ph351's reasonable control.

ph351's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ph351's negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph351 Platform shall first be submitted to ph351's internal disputes resolution team via the 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected]. ph351 commits to responding to all formal disputes within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, and thereafter, if unresolved, to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ph351 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where operationally practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at ph351.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
